created territory sizes that offer you the

turnover from £200k ranging up to £600k
per annum, so you must be comfortable with
that size of business. Our ideal Franchisee
will see outstanding customer care as a key
part of their business philosophy. Customer
retention is one of the basic principles behind
the Kingsmaid Domestic Cleaning Franchise.
You are not reliant upon a skilled labour
force. We actually prefer to recruit staff
with no previous cleaning experience. That
way our vetted staff can learn and clean according
to the ‘King Clean Cleaning Method’™.
Your new full-time employees will be inducted,
trained and receive continuous development
through the Kingsmaid Crown Development programme.
This unique system ensures that we have excellent
staff retention rates. You will also manage
a handful of selected sub-contractors to deliver
